Winter Dance Class

After Dance class ended in December for Cygni, we decided to re-up her for the Winter season, mostly to give her some added structure as well as to give her an opportunity to listen and follow instruction from a different adult and interact with other children.  When Mommy told her she had dance class today she was happy and before we got her dressed and ready to go she said to me, "Want to go see Miss Annette, want to go see kids!"  That made Mom very happy!  Once we got into class she was amazing, participated 100%, listened to what Miss Annette said and very rarely even looked back to see if Mom was still around.  I didn't get ANY video of this, I am sad to say, because I wasn't sure how the first day of class would be.  I got the phone out later though and got these videos.  Less dancing, and more practicing stretching and flexibility.  She has these dance classes every Tuesday until early March.  We will certainly sign her up again when Spring enrollment arrives if she keeps at it with this enthusiasm.

She does the forward bear walk nicely

slightly more trouble with the backwards bear walk though, and couldn't manage the sideways walk at all, at least not yet...
