As we mentioned a while ago, Jordy's passion lately has been Yo Gabba Gabba, a kids show with lots of dancing and fun songs, and Mommy is a bit of a fan as well. When Dad found out that they were going to be in our neck of the woods, we decided to go and make a family trip to Seattle so Jordy could see some of his favourite characters! The kids were absolutely great the whole trip! They even slept all the way through the night at the hotel. We couldn't have asked for them to behave any better.

Dad just asked him if he was excited
Before the show, we grabbed a bite of lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. I think Jordy was too excited even to eat one of his favorite meals: macaroni and cheese! Turns out the same weekend Yo Gabba Gabba came to town, there was also a big ComicCon going on, and The Cheesecake Factory is right across from the Washington State Convention Center! So we got to get in some really good people watching of ComicCon-ers turned out in some of their best cosplay! We got to see Wonder Woman, The Power Rangers, most of the Scooby Doo gang, a chubby Mad Hatter had lunch a few tables away from us, and Mommy mistook the rarely seen Princess Daisy for Princess Peach (of the Super Mario Bros. fame!) Would you believe we went to The Cheesecake Factory and didn't have any cheesecake?! What is wrong with us?
At the venue, ready to get our sillies out!
Jordy got a beanie-baby Plex and a tour t-shirt for souvenirs!
She fell asleep part way through the show, but before she did
Cygni was dancey-dancing along with the songs!
DJ Lance Rock with the Gabba Gang
Muno - he's tall and friendly
Foofa - she's pink and happy
Brobee - the little green one
Toodee - she likes to have fun
Plex - a magic robot
Cygni waves bye-bye! Since the show whenever we would mention
Yo Gabba Gabba she signs, "more!" and she says, "Gabba!"
A little sad, but all good things must come to an end.
