Well, you know a certain little lady turned FOUR on Thursday! We hosted a party for her last Sunday, the day after Halloween. The local garden centre (of all places!) hosts a Fall Funland throughout October and we managed to book the very last day for birthday celebrations! Cygni was a little disappointed that her good friends, Carly from preschool and Nolan couldn't attend, but she managed to have a great time any way.

after lunch we rode the carousel; it was rainy out, but smiles and laughter ruled the day!

We then went back to the tent to sing "Happy Birthday" to the guest of honour
and scarfed some cupcakes

so we take a few more bashes at it
Afterwards, we opened up some presents at home. Cygni still got lots of gifts, even though we talked about being generous and asking for donations in her honour to Jordy's school and she agreed that that is a good thing that she wanted to do. What a girl! We managed to raise nearly $200 with the help of a matching program through Dad's work, EA Sports. If you would like to make a donation as well, it's not too late! Cygni woke up on November 5th to Mommy singing, "Happy Birthday"
She smiled from ear to ear and said, "I can't believe I'm FOUR!"
Of course, we couldn't let her actual birthday go by without a little celebration on that day too,
so we opened one last present and had some chocolate cake!
